1 General Terms & Conditions

Helabet is an online Sports Betting platform designed specifically for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between helabet and each user. By creating an account on this platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to all terms.

Helabet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

To register on Helabet, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be suspended at any time, and any balance held in such accounts may be forfeited.

Each user may operate one account only. Creating multiple accounts from the same person, address, device, or payment method is a direct violation of helabet's Terms & Conditions.

• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
• To update your account details, please contact support.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Users under 18 are not permitted to create an account.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits and withdrawals on helabet can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

To process a withdrawal, at least one successful deposit and bet must be on record. Immediate withdrawal using only bonus funds is not permitted.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• The deposit and withdrawal method must be the same.

4 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on helabet, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Always double-check the odds and stake before placing your bet.

Helabet is not liable for bets registered late due to network issues during live betting. Bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error will be considered void.

• Bets will be voided if match-fixing or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Bets will be refunded if an event is cancelled.
• If an event in a parlay bet is cancelled, that leg will be counted at 1.00 odds.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the event and market.
• Helabet reserves the right to limit the stake amount on any bet.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Under helabet's Terms & Conditions, each bonus offer comes with its own conditions. As a general rule, bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the required wagering amount has been met.

• Welcome bonus wagering requirements are generally 5x to 10x.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may only be valid on specific markets.
• The same bonus cannot be used more than once.
• Bonuses will be automatically forfeited once they expire.
• Accounts found to have misused bonuses will be suspended.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Helabet and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action.

• Creating an account using another person's identity or information.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Participating in match fixing or manipulation.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Exploiting technical glitches or errors on the platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of other users or accessing their accounts.
• Attempting to make fraudulent payments or chargebacks.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Helabet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason. Any valid balance will be returned, unless forfeiture is required due to a rule violation.

You may also voluntarily close or temporarily deactivate your account at any time. This feature is part of our self-exclusion program to support responsible betting.

• A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months).
• Accounts closed due to rule violations cannot be reinstated.
• Once self-exclusion is activated, the account cannot be reopened before the specified period ends.

8 Responsible Betting
